Local ceramic artist and potter James Olney of oak cliff pottery will be teaching us how to make “Guinomi” Sake Cups on 6/27 (Tue) starting at 6pm. The Class will be about 1.5 hours long.
He will be supplying the materials and teaching you how to make a sake cup by hand as well as giving you the history of Japanese pottery and styles throughout Japan.
After you have completed your own favorite piece, James will bring it back to his studio and fire it in his kiln so you can use it at home.
It will take approximately 2 weeks before available for a pick up. We will contact you when they come back.
Please pay ahead to reserve your seat.
The price is a non-refundable $50/person which includes first drink on selected menu.
